Just a few shots of our holiday to Alvor. It's a beautiful little town in the Algarve in Southern Portugal. Essentially a fishing village that has expanded due to tourism but has retained every inch of its natural beauty.....

Wirral on a crisp, sort of, Christmas-is-coming day

It was nice crisp weather today so I took the camera out to Meols front. Nice and clear skies with many people out and about. I like what I got so here is a few shots...

Macro Lense Test 1

I bought some Macro lenses a couple of months ago and have, until now, had no time to utilise them due to work commitments blah blah blah.... Anyway I had a quick ten minute blast at it last night after finding the smallest bottle of Jack Daniel's I've ever seen. 

I had no external light and only a piece of A4 paper for a background. Fair to say it is a somewhat rushed experiment. 

So, here is the picture that came from the ten minute Macro test. Its had a wee bit a Photoshop retouching to bring out the colours in the shadow. Enjoy... please!

Hudson Fall // On The Road

Some more Hudson Fall. Taken in the Bullet Bar in Camden, London last March. After a strange turn of events the boys became the nights headliners. Considering they were on the bill with a band from down the road, HF were the crowd favourites.
